01. Will you deliver Vegetables?
Yes, We do deliver fruits, vegetables, dairy, and frozen products to customers who live only in Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Waterdown, and Etobicoke. For other city customers, we deliver only nonperishables, If you have questions, call us at 905 334 9464 prior to ordering.
02. Does Lakshmi stores allow In personal shopping?
No, Until further notice, we serve our customers by online only
In-Person, shopping is closed now as we are moving to Oakville.
Our Oakville location will be ready in Summer 2023 only, Once our location is ready to serve, we will announce our location.
03. Do you have a free delivery option?
Yes, we do deliver your orders at no extra cost if the order value is $99.99 and more
If the order value is less than $99.99, a delivery fee of $6.99 plus tax will be applied.
04. Will you deliver on the same day?
No, We need 24 hours to process your order.

05. How will you deliver?
Our own truck will be used to deliver for Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Waterdown, and Etobicoke
For other cities, we use third-party services for delivery, customers will not pay shipping charges if the order value is more than $99.99
06. How do you preserve vegetables and Frozen products?
Our warehouse has commercial coolers and Freezers.
Our delivery truck has a mini fridge and freezer installed and it will help us to deliver fresh products.
07. Do you deliver to other provinces than Ontario and Quebec?
Yes, we do deliver all over Canada.
But, we do ship only nonperishables for other provinces
08. Do you ship to the USA?
Yes, we do ship products to our customers in the USA, but, nonperishables only
09. Will you refund if there is a quality issue with the orders?
Yes, 100% will be refunded.
But, Customers have to let us know within 24 hours from the time they received it at their door.
10. Will you allow customers to pick up from your warehouse?
No, not at this time, but, we are planning to bring this option in the very near future.
11. Delivery instructions for customers who live in apartments.
For customers who live in apartments, please note that we will be delivering your order in the lobby only. you have to come to the lobby and get your order.
If your order needs to be delivered at any particular time, you have to let us know at the time of order,
If we don't have any instructions, we will be delivering your order any time from 10.00 am to 9.00 PM,
If you are not in the apartment when we deliver, we will place your order in the lobby and then call you on the number which you provided in the order form.
If you don't pick up the phone, we will send you a text message to call us back.
If you don't call or respond, we will wait for 5 mins, we will take the picture of the delivered package, send it to you as proof of delivery, and then leave by leaving the goods in the lobby.
We will not take any responsibility if the delivered goods are stolen or lost.

11. Delivery instructions for customers who live in separate houses, townhouses, semi or detached homes.
If your order needs to be delivered at any particular time, you have to let us know at the time of order,
If we don't have any instructions, we will be delivering your order any time from 10.00 am to 9.00 PM,
Our driver will ring the bell to notify you, if you didn't show up, he will give you a call as well or send you a text message.
If you are not in the house when we deliver, we will place your order in the lobby and then call you on the number which you provided in the order form.
If you don't pick up the phone, we will send you a text message to call us back.
If you don't call or respond, we will wait for 5 mins, we will take the picture of the delivered package, send it to you as proof of delivery, and then leave by leaving the goods in the front door

12. Will you deliver on Sunday?
Yes, If we receive your order by Saturday 3.00 pm, we will deliver on Sunday before 2.00 PM
Any orders placed after 3.00 pm on Saturday, it will be delivered on Monday only.
13. Will you deliver in bad weather?
No, We won't.
If the weather goes beyond -25 Degrees and above, we will not deliver, it will be postponed to the next day
Also, if there is a snowstorm, we will not do any deliveries as our drivers will not make it.
