Refund

Dear Customer,

Quality is our Logo and concept.

At any cost, we will not compromise in quality

If there is any quality issue in the product and you need a refund or exchange,

please fill up the below information.

Refund Policy :

It is the customer's responsibility to check all goods when received and notify Lakshmi stores of any issues within 1 day.
Lakshmi stores will refund or exchange if the issue is related to an Expiry date or product quality.
If the product was supplied by Lakshmi stores, a refund or exchange will be done within 2 business days.
If the product was from our distributor, the refund process will be delayed up to one week as we have to return to them for our refund
Applicable refunds will be done within 2 business days via email funds transfer only, Customer has to provide a valid email ID where they can receive funds.
The customer has to send 2 or more pictures for refund, ( Order bill copy, Product picture where it shows expiry date or any other picture to expedite the refund process)
