If there is any quality issue in the product and you need a refund or exchange,
please fill up the below information.
Refund Policy :
  • It is the customer's responsibility to check all goods when received and notify Lakshmi stores of any issues within 1 day.
  • Lakshmi stores will refund or exchange if the issue is related to an Expiry date or product quality.
  • If the product was supplied by Lakshmi stores, a refund or exchange will be done within 2 business days.
  • If the product was from our distributor, the refund process will be delayed up to one week as we have to return to them for our refund
  • Applicable refunds will be done within 2 business days via email funds transfer only, Customer has to provide a valid email ID where they can receive funds.
  • The customer has to send 2 or more pictures for refund, ( Order bill copy, Product picture where it shows expiry date or any other picture to expedite the refund process)
